Correct me if I am wrong but a NCI is not an expense so it would not be accounted for in non cash expense adjustments in the CFS. If that was what you were getting at, then I think the adjustment would be none for CFS and in Equity section of B/S.
Cash flow statements usually start from NI before NCI deductions, NCI represents the share of earnings that the company's shareholder do not have an interest in, its not a cash expense unless money flowed directly to the NCI owners.
