IB career trajectory help
not exactly deciding between MS/GS here but was hoping for some input...
currently fortunate to receive 2 FT offers, one capital markets role at an international balance sheet bank in NY (ideally will be placed in LevFin), and a standard IB role with WF/RBC/JEF in a T3 city
Future plans: open to lateraling within IB down the road for better recruiting opps. PE comes to mind but corpdev isn't off the table either. At the end of the day I don't have any strong convictions on what I want post-analyst stint
any insights would be appreciated.
