IB entry advice needed!
Hey guys...just needed some advice. My friend got in touch with an employee he knows from a BB firm for me. The gentleman asked him to tell me to send him his my resume and contact info so he can get in touch with me. What kind of questions can I expect from him over the phone? Mostly fit or tech?

But I'll be nice. IBD recruiting is long past over, so unless this is a 'unique situation,' I'm assuming this would be for back-office positioning. But, if it is IBD, expect pretty standard fit and tech questions.
