I am hoping to move to the Netherlands in the next month or so and am looking for MM investment banks that don't require Dutch speakers. Does anyone have any suggestions of firms to contact? There are a few listings on LinkedIn but any personal anecdotes would be appreciated.

ING (even though most of their team is all Dutch, so probably strong pref for Dutch for their M&A team), Rabobank, ABN AMRO, Kempen and Improved all the other require Dutch to my knowledge (Houlihan, Jefferies, DC advisory, Lincoln, Macquarie, Lazard, Oaklins, Nielen Schuman, Alantra, big 4 (and the smaller accounting firms), the bulge brackets, and the local smaller boutiques)
Any luck here? I'm also US based and trying to make the switch. haven't found anything that doesn't require Dutch. ING said they are open to non-dutch speakers for some roles but they dont have any positions right now
