IB Hirevues
How many Hirevues/1st rounds do you realistically need to get an offer? I'm interviewing for MM IB and am realistically hoping to get 3 first rounds at banks I networked with at least 2+ people at. Just had my first one and think it went well, just wondering what to do in my situation. I'm currently grinding technicals, although for the banks I'm targeting the interviews sound pretty behavioral focused. Seems pretty late in the process to try and pick up more 1st rounds.
How is it late for more 1st rounds? I don’t think all MM’s are interviewing right now. And I think they come in waves.
What MM banks haven't opened that will soon? I know some LMM that are kind of off cycle and open later this Spring.
Lincoln, piper, wb, etc hasn’t started right? And I’m assuming they’re in waves..
Lincoln's app has been open a while they're one of the ones I kind of expect to get. Most of the apps have been open for a while now and I think a decent bit of them are already sending out first rounds.
I think just gotta keep on networking. Just because you don’t get anything now, doesn’t mean you can’t get an interview later.
