IB job application saying don't network
I was wondering if anyone has seen an IB job state in the description not to reach out and network regarding their candidacy. Do I still reach out and try to network the job has about 400 applications based on LinkedIn numbers assuming another 100 from the company website, and I am trying to give myself the best possible shot. I have networked with individuals in the bank on different product teams, so maybe speak directly to them? Please let me know.
