IB vs PE ceiling? 2024 and beyond

Partner ceiling: 200MM
Base case: 2-5MM
MRAC: 500k
PE (assuming top 5 MF)
Ceiling: 2BN
Base: 50-100MM
MRAC: 20MM
As you can see, comp is much better in MF PE
What about non MF PE
Entrepreneurship:
Ceiling: 300Bn
Where does this $2bn figure gets justified?
Founding parents? Or even non founding senior partners can reach there?
