But I’m kinda slow in PPT and my analyst literally took over my slides and finished for me cuz I was slow… (she wanted four slides in 30min while it took me 1hr+)… Am I dinged? If your analyst expected 4 slides in 30 mins as an intern who probably just finished orientation, that's a hardo. Of course if it wasn't just to write your name 4 times.
Ask what you could've done better / practice in downtime.

If you don't improve by the end as they've literally told you how to get faster, then yes. People don't write off interns for one mistake, it's for making them consistently, even when they've been told how to resolve them.
