IBD team placement confusion ??
Going through team placement, some people are telling me to avoid teams that are kind of dead with no deal flow, but the strong teams tend to have a hardo culture.
Kind of confused on how to approach this, usually do people completely avoid dead teams because they think the return offer rate will be low?

Go where you want, your primary objective is to get a return offer. Where you do your internship is not necessarily where you will end up full time.
