IBfy nonrelevant experience

**** Hey Guys, I need some help. I'm currently a rising sophomore at a IVY target with top GPA (4.0). I've done my research (Rosenbaum guide, WSO guide) but I can't seem to get any first round interviews. I'll be honest, I haven't applied to many (~10), but they were all tiny boutiques so thought I had a chance.

It seems to me that maybe not having any relevant experience might be the problem. I was wondering if there is a way to IB-fy any work experience I have had. I've done sales roles which involved pitching and pricing deals, and I've worked as a copy editor/indexer, indexing books. In HS I led a nonprofit that did international policy debate. What are some key words I could insert into my resume that would ibfy non-relevant experiences?

Any ideas are appreciated!

Good thinking here, finding a way to spin past work experience into the IB skillset. Just for reference though, not all boutiques are going to have internships for sophomores. Especially tiny boutiques.
