A couple of thoughts: Why is your GPA 3.2 if you have such an "insatiable" work ethic. As well, who gave you advice that you are qualified for analyst roles/why can't they give you referrals if they believe you are qualified? Lastly, did you get paid at the Search Funds?
You're going to need a VP/Director to go to bat for you to get an interview. How you get them to do that is a topic for debate, but my recommendation would definitely be to make the fit argument. Hopefully you're work ethic and desire are truly there, because this isn't going to be easy and you aren't going to get traction any other way with low-ish GPA and a non-pe/ib internship track record.
