Incentrum group total comp and info

Wanted to get more info on Incentrum, I had a few networking calls and wanted to learn more about the firm. Also curious about what total comp is expected from the firm (base and bonus). Any insight would be great!

Everyone I've talked to has been great. Unsure about bonus #'s but An1 pay is ~110,000 from what they've told me.
Interviewed with them in the past - sounded like pay was competitive if not better than BBs but unsure how it would stack against the EBs
Does anyone have an idea on potential deal flow at a place like this?
