I thought Barclays is ahead of the other two but I could be wrong. Has CS recovered yet? Heard they had a lot of bankers left in 2021 but also saw they hired many back. Any reason why Citi is the worst? They are constantly #5 platform in terms of M&A isn't it?

Other comments not accurate, in insurance at least citi definitely has best deal flow of these groups. Culture good also

Barclays FIG has a phenomenal culture by all accounts. Most people I’ve spoken with in that group genuinely seem to enjoy their lives, strong camaraderie at the junior level, and every now and then they land a very notable mandate. Believe their insurance practice is strong. Their FinTech team is more intense on the hours side. Not sure re. exits, though - think they’ve landed great placements at FIG-focused PE firms in recent years, but unclear how they place outside that universe. Hope that helps!
