I was under the impression that Lazard’s tech group was solely based out of SF, but I’ve seen a good amount of Laz tech bankers based out of the NY office on LinkedIn. Does anyone have any insight on Lazard’s tech group in NY? Thanks

Lazard has multiple tech groups. SF handles big software giants, Boston handles general software deals, NYC handles IT services.
Met with Boston and NYC people, pretty chill. NYC has a new (1 year in) MD who is finding his niche further. They cover different classifications of IT services that I don’t remember right now.
