Interview preparation material

Hi everyone,

I'm starting to prepare for next year's M&A interviews. Here's the material I've collected so far. I have the following BIWS guides: Accounting, DCF, Equity value and Enterprise value, LBO model, Valuation, Merger model, fit questions, and M&A 400 questions. Also, I have the Rosenbaum plus the exercise book.

How would you suggest me to approach the material? Where to start from and then in which order? I'd say accounting of course (I'm a bit rusty on that)

Thanks!

I would start with the Accounting material and then move to the IB book. I would skim the 400 question guide while reading the IB Book and read it again once I was done with the IB book.
