Interview w/ utilities capital markets desk at a coop

I am doing some lite, boutique M&A atm, as an Analyst. But I got picked for a 2nd rd interview for an analyst post with a utilities cap markets desk. it's a coop so it's a little weird and not traditional IBD, but it will help me learn a lot. all they do is secure debt products and have outstanding $24B in debt.

Do any of you all know what to expect for this interview in utilities? it's front office, not advisory, but you do presentations given that i'd be the members' gateway to the market. what should I expect in terms of reception w recruiters if I decide to exit later?

So you would be working for electric cooperative as in the actual utility? I have never specifically heard of a capital markets desk. We (banks perspective) typically correspond with the treasury department or CFO depending on the specific request/need. From a capital markets perspective these are not publicly traded entity's and mostly deal in private placements and bank debt so I'd be curious as to why they would have a capital markets desk. Do you have any info on what your day-to-day responsibilities would be?
