Interviewed two days ago with a BB, Initially after felt good...But now having second thoughts

I had a phone interview two days ago with a BB. Initially after I felt good about my performance, but now having some doubts on some of the things. Is it bad when an interviewer doesn't ask a lot of follow up questions to your responses, and you find yourself basically running the show (except for Q&A at the end where i asked him plenty).

He asked me a competency question, and so I gave a very detailed account, and got a little technical. His response to my answer was "sounds complicated" Is that bad?

Also, He asked me to tell me a company I like. So i started by giving a little overview of the industry n then went on to the company, first talking about the company's current valuation purely from a quantitative n technical aspect. Then I started giving qualitative reasons why i felt the company was going to do well in the future. But he interrupted me after I was halfway through my reasons to ask me a question. The question itself was lacking any insight. Thinking about it now, maybe I should have kept my responses less technical and complicated because i am worried the interviewer didn't get it.

Although the Q&A session went great as far as asking him questions, and really getting him to talk. He even complimented me on one of my questions.

Today is the second day, and I haven't heard anything back. I was told i will hear back within a week, so maybe I am over analyzing. I sent him a thank you email yesterday, but no reply. Bad sign??

So what do you guys think?? People who have experience, can you please provide some input on this??

nycIBDyou didnt get it

Thanks for the vote of confidence ;) MD wasn't the one interviewing me. After rereading my post, i guess I might have come across as cocky or overconfident. But that's not really the case. If anything, I fall more towards the other spectrum.

You didn't hear back on thanksgiving! obviously dinged.

That is exactly what I was going to say...Jesus, It's the holidays. If you don't get a call back by next Tuesday assume you didn't get it, but send an email asking for an update.
