Investment Banking Analyst Accounting Interview Questions?

I have been studying for my Investment Banking Analyst interview tomorrow and have been focusing on accounting because that is my weakness. The main questions I have been preparing for are:

1) Walk me through the financial statements

2) What is the most important financial statement?

3) How do the financial statements connect?

4) Let’s say that the depreciation expense goes up by $100. How would this affect the financial statements?

5) What is the impact of the financial statements when purchasing a $100 asset?

6) “A company runs into financial distress and needs cash immediately. It sells a factory that’s listed at $100 on its Balance Sheet for $80. What happens on the 3 statements, assuming a 40% tax rate?”

7)   What is working capital?

For anyone at the associate level who has conducted Analyst interviews or someone with analyst interviewing experience what other questions should I study? The following are the sources I have used and the amount of questions they have:

1) BIWS – 5 Accounting Questions

2) Wall Street Mojo - 5 Accounting Questions

3) Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) – 14 Accounting Questions

4) Efinancial – Combo of Valuation & Accounting Questions
