Yes, it is very helpful. I found an old hardback copy on my building's community book shelf and read it before starting banking. Even on the job, I would reference it at times.
Especially if you're interested in the idea of banking, but aren't exactly sure what it entails, you'll get great benefit from reading the sell-side/buy-side sections.
How did you learn financial modelling? Do you think the book can help you with that?
It comes new with a set of excel models you can access. I haven’t seen them but I’m sure they’re quality. It’s not the cheapest but nothing of the like is.
