Investment Banking Threatening to Sue for Overpayment of Severance
Is there interest in hearing about a boutique bank that fired a group of MBA grad associates before bonus time and is considering suing the associates who received 3 months of extra severance by accident. The bank would like all of the money back even though there are tax and other implications.
