Is having an 2024 internship when applying to 2025 summer IB position worth mentioning and how?

Hey,

Recently got an a finance internship position in NY, really happy about that since I’m not from an American school, and I think having a NY internship in my second year will help me break into IB in NY.

Now the question I have is do I put the internship as expected on my resume, does that look good or bad? Do I mention it if it comes up naturally in a coffee chat or does that look bad too. Not sure, recently realized that some of the “IB etiquette” is a little weird to me.

Thanks for the help!
