Is Recruiting over for IB? (Advice wanted)

I am a current junior in a top 20 US school with a non-biz background. Unfortunately, fall recruiting did not go well for me, and all the FO roles I applied did not get back to me (I assume it may be a no)or rejected me after Superdays. I saw on Handshake that some BBs/boutiques are still recruiting for other roles such as Executive Office, Corporate Engagement etc, and their deadlines are in this spring. I was just wondering if these roles are still open for applications? Is it too late to apply? What should I do now as I really want to break in the finance and find an internship for this summer, but I feel like it's so hard since I don't have a biz degree. (I'm Econ and poli sci).

(I'm not even looking for IB analyst roles, but I'm just very interested in capital market as I'm trading stocks/ETFs myself, and I'm also open to any positions that help me get into Finance). I would really appreciate it if anyone can give me some advice. Thanks!

Most Banks recruit August/September but there possibly are small boutiques in your city that would possibly still be recruiting. I know that in Minneapolis there is only one bank recruiting still at the moment, and that is a small boutique. I would try getting in touch with associates or VPs of small investment banks and asking if they are still recruiting
