Is there any way to incorporate a deal that died into your resume?
I assume the answer is no, but I'm hoping I'm mistaken lol
The two largest deals I've been on this year ended up dying last minute :(

Absolutely, this is very common. Put a rough description (ie $40bn SaaS Company Sell-Side; Terminated April 2021) and then bullet points on what your role was. Talk about your role specifically but obviously stay general on company stats and valuation.
If you have any completed deals, even if they're small, would put them ahead of 2 dead deals.
I have seen people put it as “potential sell side” or just put it as ongoing and say its private company but if you go this route you have to really be able to speak to it
Agree with above - have heard people put "Potential $2bn sell-side...."
