Is USC a target for IB?

Specifically west coast BB's and Boutiques (Lazard, William Blair etc.)

I am choosing between Ross and USC, and do not care if I am in LA/SF or NYC and USC would cost me about 200k less than Ross, so if USC is a target on the west coast for BB's and a target for boutiques (ones I mentioned above/others) than I would rather go to USC since location isn't a factor for me that much.

Another question a little bit off topic how would compare USC vs Ross in terms of opportunities/chance to break into IB? Is the difference marginal or large?
