The job posting I applied to is some reason different from the one on their web page? Like I got sent an email about applying and clicked the link but it takes me to a page that was posted 1/12 instead of the job posted on 1/2. anyone know why this might be

Involved in the recruiting process for S&T and can confirm hirevues are out and being reviewed. Superdays will start on a rolling basis next month and go through the summer.

Applications are still being accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.

Networking and referrals are a critically important part of the process. All referrals are vetted by HR. Obviously some referrals carry more weight than others so keep in mind that it really depends on the rank of the person referring you. Generally VPs and above will get you a solid look and often advance you to the next step in the process. For S&T an analyst or associate in trading will say have more weight than the same title in research.

Thank you! Also heard that networking wasn't considered as highly (unless MD and above), is that not true anymore? Do you also by any chance know around what time super days will be this year
