What do you mean by they ban PE recruiting ?

And the position is for An1 not above.
I think they just underhired and they need more people as they are expanding

Thats a hell of a hyperbole. They said they want Analysts to disclose "future employment" and, at the corporate level, stated that want to discourage interviewing for roles before you've even set eyes on a diligence tracker as a first year. But if you ask anyone within the various coverage and product groups, the majority of folks are pretty understanding (and supportive) of Analysts who want to go to the buyside

were HVs automatic? haven't received any, even if I am under review for one position (for the others I am under consideration). Could it be they are using HVs of last year? even if i applied with a different mail

Have this years interns been shite? Why are they hiring so many Analysts outside of conversions. Or are they just ramping up hiring for other reasons?

Is everyone concerned ? I understand most of people work only on live deals (sector focus groups) and I think they have m&a product teams as well so what that will change ?

Applications for the full time programme only closed a couple of weeks ago and HR will send through interview invites for the an1 position soon
