KPMG Corporate Finance Associate

Hi Everyone,

I got an email with an opportunity to interview with KPMG Corporate Finance. I'm still waiting to get my HR interview scheduled so this is early on. I figured that the HR interview will just be running through my resume (maybe some behavioral questions but I haven't seen those happen for a while now) then the questions I have about the group so that shouldn't be a problem.

Does any one have insights into the next phases of interviews? I read through the forums and it looks like there's some sort of short test but no one elaborated on it and whether or not it depends on the group within corporate finance. Does any one know the types of questions that will be asked, anything to help prep would be appreciated.

I have about 1 yr and 10 months of experience in M&A at a middle market healthcare advisory firm. I looked through their website and realized they have a few different divisions within corporate finance and the job post didn't specify which department they are targeting but the responsibilities seemed inline with the M&A department. Not sure if anyone has insight about the process (rotational program or placement into one of the groups) but I will ask in the interview either way.

Any insight into the interview process from someone who has went through it would be appreciated.
