I’m under a year into a healthcare M&A consulting role and am looking to lateral into IB in NY. What is probable timeline for when spots should open and is it realistically possible for me to break into IB? Current experience is highly transferable - financial modeling, creating slide decks, communicating with clients, working with large data sets, etc.
