Anyone have insight to how well Lazard pays at associate level? Hearing mixed opinions that sometimes at a discount and sometimes top of street?

It’s probably more variable than other banks based on how you bucket
Lazard has never paid top of street in back to back years. Maybe got there once for Covid or 2021…but historically “Lazard” and “top of street” were never in the same sentence
Litquidity comp survey is wrong then? It’s showing ASO comp at 450-550k and higher than most other banks
Idk why ppl think that Laz pays below Street… they might not match PJT or CVP but they are near top of the street recently.
