Lazard LA - What’s Going On?
On the A&D side, 2 of the 3 MDs have left since the beginning of 2022 and I’ve heard that the group internally is in chaos. Considering that the A&D team has been together for quite a while and has been quite successful, does anyone have insight into what’s causing all this turnover?

possibly leadership changes at the top, or overall firm performance dragging down morale and future EOY comp
