Hi, Can anyone guide me on Lehman Brother's onsite summer analyst interview structure?? Anything to watch out for apart from the usual behavioral questions, what may be the best way to convince them. I do have my own story of why ibanking and stuff, but anything to be careful about while presenting myself for that firm. I havent had an onsite in a BB ever.

How would that question come up? I.e. Why would you discuss something that wasn't on the resume?
