Loathe Senior Coworkers

Recently started as an A1 with a solid shop. Yes, the work is hard and WFH has made it exponentially more difficult to ramp up, but that isn't the reason I dislike the job. I actually don't mind the workload but agree with WSO's general consensus that a good portion is tedious and mind numbing. The reason I hate my job is because the senior members (VP and up) are absolutely miserable and poor managers. I can go into details, but you can probably guess so I'll spare you the extra rant.

My question is how do I represent this when talking to other firms about lateral opportunities? Obviolusly don't want to come off as bad mouthing my current employer, but also don't want to hide the reason I'm trying to leave is because of terrible culture.

Feel free to also use this thread as an opportunity to rant about your own situation if you'd like. Would be great to hear from people who were in similar positions about how they (I). stuck it out or (II). got the hell out of there.

Edit: FWIW other juniors are pretty open with each other about trying to jump ship ASAP.
