I'm sure that you will not get any "help" on here with a request like that, as there is a ridiculous amount of good information on this website that you can read through in order to achieve what you are looking for.
You will on the other hand receive help on here through templates on how to cold email asking for an informational interview, what to ask in an informational interview, and etc.
One main point to an informational interview is to get a contact inside a firm that could possibly link you to a job. That won't happen if you are looking for handouts at the base level.
