hey guys, first year analyst at Wells/UBS looking to lateral - understand the process is largely adhoc but i'm starting to network and i'm wondering how direct i should be? obviously they probably know im looking to lateral given that im reaching out but would I literally say that in the emails/chats? sorta silly question but appreciate any guidance
