LSM - Healthcare M&A
I'm a student at Wharton not in the LSM program. Seems like all the alumni doing healthcare M&A are LSM (probably 4 out of every 5 alumni). Are my chances for healthcare group specific recruiting diluted heavily by the LSM people at my school? Can a regular non-LSM kid outcompete the LSM people? Am I better off with generalist recruiting. I do have healthcare specific experience, but don't want to waste my shot doing healthcare recruiting if my odds are low.
