Maintaining Academic Motivation After Landing a FT Offer: Seeking Tips for Senior Year Success
I just finished up my SA stint at top EB, received the FT offer, and have returned to my non-target university to complete my senior year. I am on track to graduate at the top of my class (which I want to achieve for obvious reasons); however, I am having difficulty staying motivated and engaged in my classes.
Before, I had always been motivated to go above and beyond and achieve at a very high level, with the goal of landing a FT offer at a top bank. Now that I have achieved this goal, it feels like my academic motivations have dwindled.
Does anyone have any tips on staying motivated throughout your senior year, even after getting an FT offer?
Don't? Spend the year enjoying yourself, you won't have this much free time until you retire so just have a blast. As long as your GPA doesn't tank no one's going to care about your grades anymore.
Your grades stay with you forever
