Minimum work and not get fired
I just started as an AN1 at a BB. Needless to say, everything that excited me about the job no longer does, and for my own personal health reasons, I do not believe the role is for me. I want to change roles immediately and exit into a better WLB role. Until I find that job, I want to keep the IB role but do not want to put in that much effort, especially knowing that I will leave as soon as I get another job. How do I go about not getting fired but not putting in much effort?
