Coming from a background at an undergrad Minnesota school where there is little to no traction for recruitment for East Coast banking, to what extent do there exist pipelines from the Twin Cities IB to chicago PE? I understand that there exists a ton of nuance where each individual's experience can vary. I appreciate anyone's opinion on this.
