MM Analyst Offer

Hey guys,

I'm expecting an offer for an IB analyst position at a growing MM firm on the west coast. I've looked at some sites to generate an idea of what street pay should be in 2011, but thought you all would know better.

Any thoughts on what to expect?

Thanks,

H

MM offers this year were 70 + 10 as far as I know (and that's including offers at places in non Chicago, NYC, LA sized city)

If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses - Henry Ford

Thanks this helps,

The firm has historically been S&T focused, it's IB group is about 50 people right now. The position is in LA, and (not sure if this matters) will be mainly M&A services for now
