I have had a past MM banking superday at HL/Piper/WB, but fell short. Now I am trying to understand what to expect at a corporate/MM banking interview. I know that it will be credit-heavy, but was looking for a little bit more information about what to study.

Recognize there is a difference between MM commercial banking and MM IB. I assume you mean commercial if so, know accounting technicals, valuation, understand ABLs. Know the cap stack.
Yeah, I meant MM Commercial banking. Do you know if there is anything distinctly different than typical IB interviews. I keep hearing they are credit-heavy, but I was wondering if there is anything specific within credit I should study. Thanks for your response.
