Read that Moelis basically hired SVBs entire tech team. Curious to see how that coupled with the fact that they've changed their model to only generalist for one year impacts how their groups are viewed. Seems like they're placing a big emphasis on hc and tech in particular.

Cannabis has good culture
It'd be helpful if someone could provide insight into culture and sweatiness (hours) apart from each other. Culture referring to people's attitudes & demeanor toward each other, interactions between seniors and juniors, some level of respect for analysts' time, camaraderie.
For instance, I've heard positive things about RX and business services from a culture standpoint but definitely sweaty. Have heard Gaming/Cannabis is a step below in terms of sweatiness. Can anyone verify/expand on that?
