Received an OA link before submitting application. Decided to email recruiting to ask whether I should complete OA or if they could reopen my application. No response. Emailed again. No response. 7+ days have passed since receiving OA link. What should I do?
Very frustrated as Moelis was one of my high targets and thought I had a strong chance thanks to prior networking.

It’s so depressing having sent 10-15 applications for SAs and having been ghosted from everywhere (except one rejection 😃) while all the banks start doing first rounds
Stay strong fellow prospect, there's still like 4 places left that do RX *insert other copium here* - gotta be optimistic.
most banks send interviews in batches and some often start with diversity candidates, so if you see banks running first rounds it does not necessarily mean you got dinged if you have not heard back yet (Moelis interviewed people in February last year for example)
Spoke to HR recently- first round interviews should be coming out in the next couple weeks

No I don't think they are, tbf the tracker is not that accurate on applications stages (ie it said that Greenhil 1st rounds were out the day after it opened)
