I have an interview with MS LatAM IBD soon. How's the interview? What's the culture like there? Are you expected to speak in Spanish while you work?

Yes, if you work with LatAm you should be able to speak Spanish or Portuguese fluently.
Yes. A lot of your conversations with others in your group will be in spanish. Also when you deal with clients.. in spanish. (or portuguese)
