Most prestigious way to tip your MD or landlord?

So the debate is settled on whether or not to tip your MD, and it's been established that it's a common courtesy similar to tipping your landlord. What is the most prestigious way to actually deliver the tip?

I'd argue $100 bills for the iconic Benjamin Franklin portrait, although I've heard one school of thought saying that $2 bills are also acceptable (in sufficient quantity of course) due to how rare they are. I'd recommend against using Venmo or CashApp to avoid seeming too millennial-ish. What do you think about a check though, or Paypal?
