Just got invited for a "motivational based telephone interview" at MS. What will it be about? Can you give me some sample questions?

"Your interview will draw on the experience and details noted in your application, and may include some technical and/or industry related questions. " Does it mean I need to know some fundamental valuation (walk me through an dcf)
