For behaviorals its just like any other process. For technicals, they'll be more related to debt and make sure you have a reasonable "why pubfin" answer.

I got asked a lot about interest rates and my future outlook for rates given the changes happening at the fed (I interviewed earlier this year). Then got asked how that influences their issuers, specifically new issuers vs refunding issuers, etc.
