HealthTech / HCIT business with $250m in EBITDA. GS and WB advising on sell-side. First round bids were due last week but apparently they came in very low and TA Associates and GI Partners are considering scrapping the process.
Any have more specific / definite intel? (Either on bidders who have progressed to second round—I only know one—or overall process status).
