Networking fears and not sounding cringe
over the past 6 months I´ve been dabbling about talking to people at other banks about better roles
i see everyone around me starting cringe conversations worth of NPC status about "moving up the ladder", "catch you for a coffee", "lets have a quick call"... you know it
how do you get over sounding pushy (or cringe) when speaking up to other bankers?
