Networking with former employees of your SA bank.
Hey guys,
I wanted to get some opinions on networking for FT, with people who lateraled away from the bank where you are doing your SA stint.
One the one hand, you have something in common with them and I feel like they will have a good understanding for why you might want to look for other opportunities. On the other hand, their network within your firm is most likely extensive and they might mention your efforts to a current employee.
Let me know what you guys think, would love to hear from someone who has been through FT recruiting.
