I am currently recruiting for SA 27 and WF and Gugg were a couple of my top firms, with multiple referrals at each (did HV for WF when app came out about a month ago). Have seen kids get offers at both. I’m wondering if I should just be patient coming from Non target or move onto different firms? Can anyone shed light on the processes for non targets at these firms?
